Dream Crazy

FOTW is an independent creative & production agency powered by an awesome team who love creativity, CGI and coffee.

Our story began with two mates, who took their love of design and started their own studio in 2002. Fast forward 20 years and we’ve created ads and campaigns for huge clients, ranging from Sky, Samsung and Oddschecker, to iCandy and Kit & Kin, across all screens big and small, TV, Digital, Social, the lot! We are even ranked in Campaign magazines Top 100 (No 51) Creative & Production Agencies.

The wellbeing of people and the planet is really important to us. These are a few ways we bring this out in our day-to-day.

We believe in flex, so work both from home and our studio. This increases creativity, reduces our carbon footprint and promotes a healthy work-life balance.

We prioritise the use of local UK based companies with similar beliefs to help support and grow the local community wherever possible.

Our cycle to work scheme is great for our health and even better for our planet.

We supply reusable eco-friendly water bottles and coffee cups to all our team. Single use plastics are not our friends.

We always recycle as extensively as possible.

We use ServerChoice whose power is generated from renewable sources, they also plant a tree for every 1 kW of power sold helping the fight against climate change.

We support local charitable organisations and volunteer through our community.

Education is everything, we encourage our team to take up training courses and offer work experience placements in partnership with local colleges.

We stand committed to providing an environment of equal opportunities.

We’re only as strong as our team. That’s why when it comes to physical and mental health, we want everyone to be able to bring their ZING in full force.

We make this possible with:

Regular team social activities
Office dogs welcome
Regular HR chats 1-2-1
A variety of snacks & drinks
Flu jabs on us

More ZINGs for a sustainable 2023

Eco-friendly cleaning products to be used across the board.

To offset our carbon footprint by planting trees.

We aim to be paper free by 2023.
