‘From our home to yours’ – Leaning on the heritage of Grosvenor Casinos as a trusted physical casino, in one punchy line we strategically re-position Grosvenor Casinos is the destination for online gaming, ready to be played from the comfort of your own home.
Starting with only a logo to work with, we re-created this as a 3D asset to take the viewer on a fun packed journey showcasing the great variety of casino games available. The logo transforms along the way, becoming the centre of a spinning roulette wheel, a slots reel, until finally one of many poker chips. 3D text is integrated into the CGI to land key messages throughout. This playful, sophisticated motion creates a buzz of entertainment, keeping the audience close to the thrill of the online gaming action. All assets were built with multi-channel use in mind and maximised to create bespoke adverts across TV and Digital, offering great value and brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
We originally set out to combine live action with CGI, but as the project progressed our client was loving the brand assets so much that they wanted the focus to remain on these. Going full CGI was a great way to modernise the traditional aspects of the brand for the digital world of online casino. We crafted everything from scratch in 3D, including the logo poker chip and original casino elements like the roulette table. We tied all the shots together with dynamic camera moves and injected energy into the piece with key animation of the assets. This was all rendered using Redshift.
Our Creative and Motion Design gurus made this whole project possible, building 3D assets that are bold and agile to take the old-school and make it new. We made sure our communications were extra tight throughout the project with the client goal in mind the whole way, ensuring everyone was aligned when it came to the final outcome.
